hi, i'm the doula.

My name is Sarah. I am passionate about helping moms birth without fear and experience physiological labor while trusting the way God designed our bodies to labor and birth. I am holistically minded while holding respect and thankfulness for the use of interventions when medically necessary.

I’m a homeschooling mom of 4 and wife to my husband Luke. I love Jesus and I am a deeply empathetic person. I believe in the sanctity of life, that all human beings are fearfully and wonderfully made. I enjoy camping, fishing, riding bikes, and finding cool parks with my kids. My favorite things: iced coffee (always iced)& meaningful conversations!

My goal is to love and serve expectant mothers and families with exceptional support and to help them have a birth experience they can feel good about. I am here to help you navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with confidence, education, and joy.

Doula support during pregnancy, labor and birth, leads to better outcomes for parents and babies.

No matter what kind of birth you're planning or how many times that plan needs to change, I'll help you understand your options, ensure that your preferences are upheld and respected, and help your partner to participate with more confidence, and feel supported, too.
